You'll lead business solutions for Smile Digital Health's US Health Insurance clients, bridging business goals with technical deployment of health data platforms. You'll drive strategic portfolio growth and operational excellence for a top-ranked health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive discussions and resolve operational frictions and client relations matters.
• Lead regular strategic reviews mapping technical delivery to client business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities.
• Lead contract renewal process and maintain high Net Promoter Score.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in account management or equivalent payer experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of regulatory bodies such as CMS.
• Functional knowledge of FHIR standards.
