You will support Senior Sales Executives by managing day-to-day sales operations including price quotes, contract generation, and Salesforce hygiene, while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate the quote-to-cash process. This operational role keeps deals moving smoothly in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Excel
• Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales executives with price quote creation, contract generation, and Salesforce hygiene
• Maintain Mutual Action Plans to ensure deal alignment and momentum
• Liaise cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Legal, Deal Desk, and Enablement to remove roadblocks
• Track KPIs like quote-to-cash speed, opportunity completeness, and MAP adherence
