You'll lead multi-property operations for a student housing portfolio, partnering with property teams and leadership to optimize financial performance and resident satisfaction. You'll report to the VP of Operations, working remotely with 35-50% travel in the Southeast.

• Hire and train site teams to align with goals.
• Oversee financial performance including budgets and forecasts.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts with compliance.
• Monitor resident experience and address complaints.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of student housing property management experience.
• Operational knowledge and project management skills.
• Experience managing remote teams.
