Description

You will lead a team of test technicians in testing complex electromechanical assemblies and final products for autonomous underwater vehicles at the Quonset, RI facility. This role involves hands-on work with multidisciplinary engineers to scale production, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years in electronics and test in robotics, defense, or aerospace
• Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience preparing and executing test procedures with attention to detail
• Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies)
• Ability to work from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside test technicians in pressure vessel assembly and test
• Prioritize work activities to achieve on-time delivery goals
• Perform configuration tasks to flash/load correct SW/FW versions
• Execute sub-system End-of-Line tests and incoming quality inspection on PCBA's
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronics and integrated circuits to component level
