💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on personal care to seniors at a lively day center, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support activities of daily living. You'll have the opportunity to build strong connections with participants and team members in a value-based care model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs and transferring participants
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
• Act as medical escort and assist with transportation
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in California
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
