💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism, working 1:1 under a BCBA. You'll implement personalized behavior intervention plans and help children learn daily living and social skills. This role offers paid training and flexible scheduling for meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
• Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with clinical team and attend regular meetings

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of ABA experience preferred or experience with children with special needs
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (required)
• Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
