💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive insights, experimentation, and decision-making across Whatnot's livestream shopping platform. Your work will define KPIs and shape product direction for millions of users. This role offers the chance to influence strategy at a high-growth marketplace with a modern data stack including Snowflake and DBT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own KPIs for product health and user engagement.
• Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities and inform product priorities.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and feature rollouts with product and engineering.
• Build dashboards and self-serve tools using modern data stack.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Data Science or Analytics in product-focused organization.
• Advanced SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and causal inference techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark or DBT
• Strong data visualization skills and BI tools
• Background in Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
