You'll support the transition of complex care clients from hospital to home, partnering with CHOP to provide training to ongoing care teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to care for rare disease patients in a teaching setting. You'll enjoy weekly pay and industry-leading training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver quality care to clients in their homes
• Provide extensive training to ongoing care team
• Work overnight or weekend day shifts as scheduled

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
• Passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
• Current CPR certification
