💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the data infrastructure that powers Wagmo's growth. You'll design robust pipelines and architect our data warehouse to ensure clean, reliable data flows across the business. This is a high-impact role at a rapidly growing pet health startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture.
• Define and implement data models and dbt transformations with testing and documentation.
• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver clean data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering at a high-growth SaaS or consumer tech company.
• Expertise in Python and SQL.
• Deep dbt experience on BigQuery or similar.
• Strong Git/CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with GCP and orchestration tools like Airflow or Fivetran.
• Understanding of building data models for AI.
• Experience mentoring teammates.
