💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end hiring across AWS engineering, architecture, AI, and commercial roles at Cloudscaler. You'll partner with technical leaders to build sourcing strategies and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our values. This role offers real commercial upside through commission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for AWS, architecture, AI, and commercial roles.
• Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Run permanent and contract hiring pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers and coach on structured interviewing.

📋 Requirements

• Proven sourcing ability: you find great people proactively.
• Experience hiring for AWS or other technical roles.
• Comfortable running permanent and contract hiring.
• Strong stakeholder skills and ability to build trust quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud consultancies.
• AI/ML recruitment experience.
• UK contract or IR35 knowledge.

📨 Hiring Process

3 stage interview process: screen with Head of Talent Acquisition, 1 hour interview with Head of Talent Acquisition, 1 hour interview with CEO.
