Your leadership will optimize processes and shape standards for outage management across the organization. This remote role acts as key liaison to deliver reliable energy solutions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of outage standards for LM technologies
• Deploy Live Outage content to field teams
• Drive adoption of standard work and best practices
• Act as equipment-specific subject matter expert
• Lead global Kaizen calendar for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 11 years progressive field experience
• Experience in power generation field services
• Proficiency in English is required
