You'll be a Contract Management Analyst, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Fortune 500 clients. You'll work closely with in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, and procurement matters. This role offers the chance to develop contract templates and playbooks while managing your own caseload.

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.

• Manage active caseload and adhere to delivery commitments.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and other tools.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Fluent in German language
• Law Degree and/or legally qualified
• Eligible to work in Poland

• Command of different contract types (MSA, SOW, CDA, Amendments)
