💼 About This Role

You'll join the [solidcore] team as a part-time Core Crew member, providing front desk, administrative, and sales support. You'll generate sales and deliver a positive client experience with professionalism and patience. This role offers free drop-in classes and commission opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly and use their names to build connections.
• Manage client accounts, scheduling, and package purchases.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
• Follow up with clients to meet monthly sales quota.

📋 Requirements

• High school education required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
