💼 About This Role

You'll lead and mentor a team of System Architects driving the cloud-native infrastructure for Open RAN solutions. Your core impact will be ensuring a scalable, high-performance platform built on Kubernetes and microservices. This role stands out for integrating AI-driven capabilities into the architectural framework.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 System Architects
• Establish and enforce architectural governance and templates
• Drive platform strategy on Kubernetes (EKSA/SUSE)
• Spearhead AI-assisted development and automation tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as an Architecture Team Lead or Technical Lead
• Strong Kubernetes architecture knowledge (EKSA/SUSE preferred)
• Understanding of Linux kernel, memory management, and I/O
• Solid knowledge of L2–L7 networking and SDN

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cellular stack (4G/5G NR, RAN)
• Experience with VNFs or CNFs
• Experience modernizing complex systems
