You'll drive end-to-end ML solutions for credit risk and portfolio management at a leading BNPL provider for B2B. You'll build production-grade models and optimize real-time decision engines. This role offers direct impact on strategic goals and a hybrid work model in Berlin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy ML solutions for credit and portfolio management.
• Analyze complex data to identify risk factors and optimize decision logic.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, and product managers.
• Develop A/B tests and synthesize results into actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of data science experience with credit domain exposure.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) is highly desired.
