💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted technical advisor and relationship owner for enterprise customers, bridging product expertise and success strategy. You'll drive adoption of Ushur's AI-powered automation platform and ensure maximum value realization. This role combines solution engineering, delivery management, and customer success in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary post-sales contact for enterprise accounts
• Map customer processes to Ushur's platform capabilities
• Lead POCs, pilots, and solution delivery for strategic customers
• Monitor success metrics and recommend strategies to maximize ROI

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Delivery Management in SaaS
• 5+ years managing enterprise relationships with 7–8 figure annual contracts
• Background in technical implementation, workflow automation, or AI-powered SaaS
• Proven ability to work with VP and C-level executives across business and IT

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Solution Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Technical Architect
• Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms, automation frameworks, or no-code/low-code solutions
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, API integrations, and enterprise data models
