Description

You will lead and scale the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) operations for Netradyne's IoT and edge devices, managing end-to-end reverse logistics to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your work directly supports fleet safety solutions that analyze billions of miles of driving data.

Requirements

• 4+ years supply chain experience, 2+ in reverse logistics within electronics
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RMA process from customer request to closure
• Analyze RMA data to identify failure trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Create and audit SOPs for RMA supply chain
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and repair centers to meet KPIs
• Manage defective and refurbished inventory levels across ERP and WMS
