💼 About This Role

You'll own backend infrastructure for real-time audio/video calling, architecting WebRTC/SIP/Twilio systems to deliver a dialer that scales reliably to 10× volume. You'll ensure call quality and latency meet SLA targets globally while building observability tools and partnering with Product to enable new A/V features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and improve real-time voice infrastructure using WebRTC/SIP/Twilio.
• Ensure call quality and latency meet SLA targets globally.
• Build services for advanced features like call transfers and recordings.
• Develop observability and debugging tools for call flows.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years backend/infra engineering with real-time A/V or telephony systems.
• Hands-on experience with WebRTC, SIP, or Twilio stacks.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and low-latency infrastructure.
• Experience debugging and optimizing QoS metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss).
