🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Manage and mentor a team of experienced accountants
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Oversee implementation of financial systems like lease accounting software

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and XLOOKUP
• Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams
