You'll drive the contract lifecycle from drafting to closure, focusing on data privacy, security, and AI-related terms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements (cloud, SaaS, AI).
• Implement improvements to templates, playbooks, and CLM tools.
• Provide legal guidance on contract issues to business partners.
• Lead contract negotiations with a solution-driven mindset.

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years structuring and negotiating commercial technology agreements.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate agreements from existing templates or from scratch.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud services contracts, including data privacy and security terms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ironclad, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Confluence.
• Experience using AI to streamline the contract lifecycle.
