💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise modernization strategy for large clients as a trusted advisor, driving cloud-native architecture and team enablement. You'll shape Liatrio's technical direction and ensure delivery excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design and drive technology strategy with C-suite stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Mentor and coach 4-8 team members with weekly 1:1s and feedback.
• Set and drive technical roadmaps, reducing technical debt and achieving strategic goals.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience as enterprise architect or similar senior technical role.
• Experience leading modernization of legacy applications and full-stack development.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.
• Ability to travel 50% to client sites in US and occasionally internationally.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Field CTO or Head of Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering and containerization.
• Background in Agile, TDD, BDD, or DDD.
