You'll embed with the product team to define north-star metrics, design A/B tests, and establish source-of-truth dashboards. Your insights will shape consumer and enterprise AI products reaching millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with product team to improve product and drive growth
• Define and interpret A/B tests for model and UX changes
• Track and operationalize feature-, product-, and company-level metrics
• Develop dashboards and reports for self-serve data access

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a quantitative role at a hyper-growth product company
• Experience designing rigorous experiments with SQL and Python
• Defined and operationalized new metrics from scratch
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong programming background for simulations and prototypes
• Validating quantitative insights with qualitative methods
• Prior experience in NLP or generative AI
