Description

As an Inventory Lead at Carvana, you will manage the movement of cars through our Inspection Center, directly supervising a team of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals. You'll train your team, oversee repairs, and ensure a safe, efficient workflow to deliver high-quality vehicles to customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Experience using computers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Train team using Quality Control standards to identify and complete repairs efficiently
