Description

You will provide technical leadership for medium voltage power distribution products, ensuring product integrity and compliance with standards. You'll oversee testing, qualification, and lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in power distribution equipment or related industry
• Competency with medium voltage switchgear design and manufacturing standards (UL 1558, 1008, ANSI C37.20, NEC/CEC)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD tools, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary POC and SME for medium/low voltage power distribution products
• Focus on testing and qualifying new products and processes, supporting transition to manufacturing
• Coordinate new product introduction schedules and activities across product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation for production and commercial use
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product engineering with business objectives
