💼 About This Role

You'll lead data engineering initiatives and transformative insights for clients at Thoughtworks. You'll partner with executives to align technology strategies with business objectives and expand the impact of data engineering. You'll design modern data architectures and mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to design viable solutions.
• Establish vision and direction for data practices aligned with business strategy.
• Consult on complex data platform programs and provide technical leadership.
• Design and implement data governance, security, and privacy strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Pre-sales experience and ability to drive complex pursuits independently.
• Experience leading enterprise data strategy and system design.
• Native-level German speaker (C1) comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design for complex enterprises.
