You'll lead customer retention strategies and personalized multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable. You'll drive growth by translating customer data into actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee creation and optimization of customer communications across email, SMS, and app.
• Build and optimize complex personalized journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable.
• Implement new programs within martech stack to support growth.
• Own new communications from conception through QA, execution, and post-analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience with heavy email focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Iterable.
• 3+ years analyzing data and creating insights for business strategy.
• Experience managing complex segmentation strategies and lifecycle programs.
