🎯 What You'll Do

• Support new admissions goals and manage team performance
• Lead and manage a team of Outreach Directors and Managers
• Measure and own KPIs, reporting upwards monthly
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of business development experience
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales leadership
• Must be based in Denver, CO
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Google Suite
