You'll coordinate customer experience and managed services projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure seamless client outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams in a fast-paced growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects for customer experience initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Own project plans, status updates, risk tracking, and documentation
• Support client-facing projects to align teams on expectations and deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or program coordination
• Comfort working in a customer-adjacent environment (e.g., customer success, agency)
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities across multiple teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
