💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical track in pre-sales for CoderPad's interviewing platform, translating product capabilities into customer needs. You'll drive complex enterprise deal closures through demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts while building reusable sales content that scales the entire GTM team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own technical pre-sales: discovery calls, demos, enterprise trials, and technical evaluations
  • Draft responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor assessments
  • Build demo environments mirroring real customer workflows and integrations
  • Create sales content: integration guides, battlecards, solution briefs, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Assist with proof-of-concepts end-to-end, scoped to measurable success criteria

📋 Requirements

  • Hands-on software engineering background to read code and debug integrations
  • 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company supporting enterprise deals
  • Comfort with AI/LLM concepts to demo AI features and answer technical buyer questions
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR tech ecosystems
  • Familiarity with technical interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Background in developer tooling, DevOps, data engineering, or distributed systems
