💼 About This Role
You'll own the technical track in pre-sales for CoderPad's interviewing platform, translating product capabilities into customer needs. You'll drive complex enterprise deal closures through demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts while building reusable sales content that scales the entire GTM team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own technical pre-sales: discovery calls, demos, enterprise trials, and technical evaluations
- Draft responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor assessments
- Build demo environments mirroring real customer workflows and integrations
- Create sales content: integration guides, battlecards, solution briefs, and objection-handling frameworks
- Assist with proof-of-concepts end-to-end, scoped to measurable success criteria
📋 Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background to read code and debug integrations
- 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company supporting enterprise deals
- Comfort with AI/LLM concepts to demo AI features and answer technical buyer questions
- Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR tech ecosystems
- Familiarity with technical interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Background in developer tooling, DevOps, data engineering, or distributed systems
