Description

You will own the full-cycle accounts receivable process, participate in month-end close, and help scale billing and revenue operations. This role is critical for supporting financial accuracy and growth at a rapidly scaling fintech company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with billings and order-to-cash in software/tech
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Solid grasp of US GAAP and revenue accounting fundamentals
• Proficient in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounts receivable process including billing, collections, and cash application
• Review customer contracts and ensure accurate billing setup per ASC 606
• Participate in month-end close including journal entries for AR and deferred revenue
• Monitor AR aging and proactively manage collections
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations across NetSuite, Salesforce, and other systems
