📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR leadership in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Proven experience managing HR operations in a multi-country organization
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools and automation platforms like Zapier/Make
• Advanced technical fluency with HR systems, integrations, and APIs
