You'll architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents that sit at the core of the business and directly fuel company growth. You'll have full ownership of the entire AI agent lifecycle, steering projects from early pilot through launch and ongoing refinement. This role operates across sectors like financial services, healthcare, and commerce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop agentic AI systems that measurably outperform human operators.
• Build agents for nuanced, integrated customer interactions across CX use cases.
• Design reusable agent frameworks adapted to different industries.
• Drive design partnerships around new product directions including agent architectures.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Natural builder's mentality with high personal agency.
• Proven technical problem-solving ability in loosely defined environments.
• Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a major plus.

• Startup founder or early engineer experience.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles.
