💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute downstream processing experiments, focusing on purification techniques such as affinity and anion exchange chromatography. You'll analyze data and troubleshoot complex issues for continuous biomanufacturing processes in our Watertown lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use purification techniques like affinity and anion exchange chromatography
• Perform general lab tasks and maintain equipment
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and lab notebooks
• Write and contribute to SOPs, batch records, protocols, and reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in biology, bioengineering, or related
• Hands-on experience with clarification, filtration, and chromatography technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Unicorn software on ÄKTA systems
• Experience with continuous biomanufacturing process development
• Knowledge of extracellular vesicle process development
