Description

You will provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team, exceed sales quotas by driving innovative technical programs, and evangelize Rubrik’s products to strategic customer accounts. You'll act as a trusted technology advisor, lead technical sales calls, and qualify sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in software or data center environment
  • Driven with a strong hands-on, can-do approach
  • Fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
  • Entrepreneurial with strong work ethic and resourcefulness
  • High business acumen and experience working with C-level personnel

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and direction in developing integrated technology solutions
  • Assist in analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions
  • Demonstrate technical expertise on Rubrik products, distributed architectures, and competitive storage offerings
  • Make technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management
  • Qualify sales opportunities in terms of technical requirements, competition, decision process, and funding
