You'll lead the company's response to employment-related disputes and proactively manage legal risk across a multi-state care network. You'll partner with operations teams to build scalable processes that reduce risk and support compliant growth. This role directly influences business practices at the intersection of legal, operations, and technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage strategy for employment-related disputes and improve resolution outcomes.
- Provide advice on non-employment claims and operational risks.
- Draft and respond to attorney demand letters and pre-litigation correspondence.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide practical legal advice for compliant decision-making.
๐ Requirements
- J.D. and active bar membership with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong employment law and litigation experience including administrative claims.
- Deep knowledge of California wage hour law and multi-state compliance.
- Experience drafting employment documents and contributing to litigation strategy.

- Familiarity with technology-enabled legal processes and playbooks.
- Background in in-home care or healthcare industry.
