📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong employment law and litigation experience including administrative claims.
• Deep knowledge of California wage hour law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience drafting employment documents and contributing to litigation strategy.
