You'll research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in collaboration with Product, DevOps, and engineering teams. You'll lead calls with partners and mentor new team members. This role is fully remote and involves working across time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues
• Validate customer-specific fixes and releases
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and create JIRAs
• Lead calls with OEM partners for issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 2 years experience with Android Studio testing
• 2 years experience with SQL and Python for databases
• 1 year experience designing custom APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk
• Experience with MDM solutions like Intune and AirWatch
