Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Otter.ai, you will shape the future of our Customer Success team by driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion. You will report to the Senior Manager and play a key role in defining strategies while exceeding targets.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying role with proven success
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience using Salesforce required

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive customer engagements, onboardings, training, demos, webinars, and QBRs
  • Contribute to internal tools, processes, and playbooks to improve customer success operations
  • Act as technical advisor, providing proactive and reactive support to resolve technical challenges
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Share customer insights with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement
