You'll own the customer marketing strategy at n8n, a leading open-source workflow automation platform. You'll build a scalable program for customer advocacy, storytelling, and proof-based marketing to support pipeline growth and enterprise credibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer marketing strategy and roadmap
• Build scalable advocacy and storytelling programs
• Produce case studies, testimonials, and reference assets
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• Senior IC experience in customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience building strategy and processes in maturing functions
• Track record of turning customer stories into marketing/sales assets
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability
