Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of Starshield satellites by identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware failures in PCBAs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hardware robustness through detailed failure investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE, CompE, Physics, or related engineering
• 5+ years in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering
• 2+ years with electrical test equipment (multimeters, scopes, etc.)
• Ability to work extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and root cause production hardware failures
• Drive corrective actions using data-driven decisions
• Improve test coverage and reduce false failures
• Identify design and manufacturing improvements
• Mentor junior engineers
