You'll join the FP&A team at Benevity, a global leader in workplace giving software. You'll help leadership with forecasting and analyzing financial plans, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. This role offers exposure to AI tools and the chance to work in a purpose-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in developing the annual budget
• Own financial forecasts and variance analysis
• Support strategic decisions through financial modeling
• Prepare board decks and executive presentations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Pigment, Adaptive Insights or Salesforce
• SaaS or Fintech experience
• Curiosity about AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
