Description

Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations for older adults and individuals with disabilities, delivering personalized home modification recommendations to help them live safely and independently at home. You will collaborate with a remote team and use technology-driven processes to make a lasting impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
