Description

You will coordinate and enable Commercial and Medical Affairs global systems work across markets outside the United States, ensuring regional needs are integrated into global processes such as launch orchestration and compliance. You'll lead business systems workstreams for new market launches, clarifying requirements and reducing discovery work for global delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent)
• 8+ years experience in commercial systems or related medical affairs systems
• Experience with global market launches and coordinating across regions
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and software development lifecycle
• Ability to manage cross regional dependencies and time zone challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Medical business systems workstream for Global Markets
• Translate regional business needs into executable work with global solution teams
• Drive planning, intake coordination, and launch preparation for ex US markets
• Establish scalable operating model for global commercialization systems support
• Drive cross-functional partnership with data, field, omnichannel, and medical affairs solutions teams
