You'll lead a field service engineering team, ensuring proactive and valuable onsite visits for clients. You'll drive performance and process improvements while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role offers direct impact on service quality and opportunities to shape SOPs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and prioritize the support team's workload
  • Visit client sites at least 3 times per week to ensure quality
  • Coordinate escalations and act as a resource for rapid decisions
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical-services environment
  • Experience in networking protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF
  • Experience with WAN/LAN networking including routing and switching
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Desktop

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Experience with MSP tools: ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, PRTG, ITGlue
