You'll build core ML systems for a proactive AI chat app, owning work end-to-end from data preparation to production. You will turn research ideas into reliable systems that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and focused on shipping systems at scale while debugging model failures using real production signals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build core ML systems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product.
• Own end-to-end: data prep, training, evaluation, inference, iteration.
• Debug model failures using real production signals.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with production inference systems and reliability constraints.

• Experience with GPU-based training systems.
• Background in NLP or conversational AI.
