Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at Midi Health, you'll provide personalized, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. You'll conduct quality visits, offer hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority and national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• High proficiency with telehealth, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women in midlife
• Conduct virtual patient visits (20 hours/week, min 3 days/week)
• Deliver personalized treatment plans including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and utilize user-friendly technology
• Maintain patient continuity and limit time off to 3 consecutive days
