🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Perform onboarding and hardware deployment, including imaging machines.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure.
• Track IT assets and troubleshoot basic network issues.

📋 Requirements

• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of Office 365 tools and administration.
• Exposure to Windows Deployment Server (WDS) or similar imaging tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documented processes.
