You'll lead and scale Datadog's Community Guild programs to promote belonging and inclusion. You will drive company-wide inclusion events and coach co-leads to strengthen our inclusive culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale Community Guild programs and processes
• Collaborate with co-leads to create annual plans and execute them
• Lead key milestones like co-lead application process and summit
• Coach co-leads and provide training and development opportunities
• Lead company-wide events promoting dialogue and allyship

📋 Requirements

• Experience at large scale or global companies (5,000+ employees)
• Data-driven approach using data to influence and measure results
• Written and verbal communication including change management
• Inclusivity- and curiosity-driven keeping up with inclusion space
