You'll supervise residential roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality standards while leading crews and communicating with homeowners. Your daily execution on job sites will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently to quality standards
• Supervise crew members including subcontractors on projects
• Communicate with homeowners as main point of contact
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime and two Saturdays per month in peak season
