💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping the store meet sales targets and training new recruits using your fandom knowledge. You'll also step in to lead the team when the manager is away and handle opening/closing duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and customer skills
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Process sales transactions, close out register, and drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
