You'll lead production and fulfillment operations for a hyper-growth meal-kit company, driving cross-functional teams to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You'll apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to scale warehouse processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in production and fulfillment
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities
• Coach and develop team members to enhance quality standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years managing fulfillment & production in food/perishables
• Proven success managing teams of 200+ employees in hyper-growth
• Background in production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing
• Experience with inventory control and WMS systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• WMS implementation experience
